Accessing the Events Calendar on your computer or smart phone
This calendar can be added to an existing Google Calendar:
Click the “+ Google Calendar” icon at the bottom of the calendar to add to your own Google Calendar (Google Account required)
for iPhones, iPads, iPod Touch:
Step 1: Tap the “Settings” icon on your device, then scroll down and select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.”
Step 2: Tap “Add Account” and select “Other.”
Step 3: Select the “Add Subscribed Calendar” option, fill in the Google Calendar URL in the Server box with the following**:
and click “Next.” You do not need a username or password.
Step 4: Toggle your view of the subscribed calendar by opening the Calendar app and tapping “Calendars” in the upper left corner. Tap a calendar name to either display or remove calendar events.
** It may be easier to copy the Calendar URL and paste into an email to yourself – then on your device copy the Calendar URL for pasting into the Server box in Step 3
